We offer 2 methods of putting your logo or design onto your chosen garments - Embroidery or Printing and we set out below the benefits and costs of both methods.
Embroidery on Garments
What it involves – the sewing of a digitised design onto a garment.
The first step is for us to take your logo or design and digitise it to a software format that can be loaded into our computerised embroidery machines for sewing. We always produce a sample for your approval before commencing the final work.
We can accept your artwork in most formats either vector or bitmap files with a minimum resolution of 600 dpi - Photoshop files are our preferred format. Please supply these files either on CD/DVD or by email. CD's and original artwork will be returned to you if requested. Email to: info@ramwear.co.uk
Embroidered garments create a good impression, the embroidery enhancing many types of garments such as polo shirts, jackets, sportswear and alike. All our embroidery is subjected to vigorous quality checks to ensure that you will receive a superior product every time.
The embroidery will remain looking good for years to come and is an excellent way to give a unique feel to your garments.
What will it cost?
When you place an order for embroidered garments there are two charges:
A Setup Charge
This charge covers the cost of having your design digitised. This is a once only charge for each design, all subsequent work using that design will not incur an additional setup charge.

Per embroidered garment charge
The second charge is a 'per garment' charge which applies to each item that is customised. This charge is based on the number stitches of the design to be embroidered on all the garments.
Cost per garment with a design of to 5000 stitches (ex VAT)If your design has more than 5,000 stitches an additional £0.25 per 1,000 stitches will be added to the per garment cost.
Our Printed Garments
Don't confuse our printed T-shirts with the "heavy rubberised" T-shirts you sometimes see - we use the latest technology together with inks and dyes that are absorbed into the material to give a permanent and durable finish.
We offer a range of unique designs, many of which are limited editions signed by the artist .
Either choose one of our designs or send us your favourite photograph/drawing or sketch and we will create a permanent reproduction on a T-shirt of your choice. Your original artwork should be no larger than A4. As the majority of our designs are limited editions we are constantly updating our design portfolio so please email us to obtain our latest design portfolio. Email: design@ramwear.co.uk
