Placing an Order
We like to think our ordering process is easy but to help we have set out below the steps through the process. If at any time you feel you would like some help please call us to discuss your requirements. We are always happy to help.
The first step is to decide upon your garments - browse through our catalogue and make your selection - all garments are priced exclusive of VAT and carriage.
The second step is to complete the quotation form and if possible send us your artwork. We will then contact you within 2 workings days with a price or if you require help with your design we will contact you with suitable suggestions.
The third step is for you to make a final decision on the garments, logo and position of logo. You can now place your order by email, fax, letter or telephone (if you place your order over the telephone we need to have copy of the order in writing).
The next stage is that we send you an invoice and agree a delivery date. Our normal lead time for orders is 7-10 working days from receipt of payment but if you need the garments in a hurry please contact us and we will do our best to turn around the job as quickly as possible to meet your requirements
The next step is for us to digitise your logo and contact you with a sample or proof of the artwork - this depend upon whether you are having your logo embroidered or printed.
It is at this stage that we need payment from you and you can pay by BACS or cheque. Once you are happy with the sample/proof and we have received payment we will commence you job. Please note we do not normally commence the final work until your invoice has been fully paid.
The final stage is for us to dispatch your finished garments within the agreed timescale. All orders are sent by next day courier to your delivery address - all packages need to be signed for so it is important that there is someone available to do this. Goods will not be left without a signature.
